I lowered the price to be fair and to get the ball rolling. If it is indeed scarce or rare and somebody or actually two people want it the price will go up from there. Lot's of times rare items turn up in quantity and then they are no longer rare. I guess this is one of those times. I've seen it happen with chips plenty of times.
