From what I understand when it comes to slot cards a punchboard card is no different from one without holes. This is mainly because the casino makes the holes not the manufacturer.
Here are two cards, one with holes and one without. I obtained both from Caesars Tahoe on different dates.
With holes (obtained June 2000):
Without holes (obtained February 2003):
According to the Slot Card Price Guide by Pat Lamb & Steve Wells it is the same card. (15th issue) Of course I could be totally wrong.
For your card you need to look on the back to see if there is a manufacturer's mark. Hopefully yours has Data Card on it!
