Since the card doesn't identify a specific location we would normally list it under the Harrah's/Caesars casino management listings on the ChipGuide and not under a specific location. There are two other cards with the Uber code on the back like this already listed there. As to where it actually came from is hard to determine unless someone actually got it at one of the locations. Not sure if that helps.
