The Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale, FL was purchased by Jeffrey Soffer, owner of the Fontainebleau Hotel in 2018 and renamed the Big Easy Casino. Here's a scan of the entry level Krewe Club Silver Member slot card, they also have a gold and black card but there are no pictures of the cards on the website.
