We usually don't worry about printed vs blank cards so as long as we have a decent scan of the card I wouldn't worry about it. Same goes for stickers and anything added by the casino, we don't worry about adding more scans to show those, we're just after the basic card as it comes from the manufacturer. And don't forget that we always need scans of the front and back for the ChipGuide.
