Just discovered a 4th issue Players Card from the Speaking Rock Casino in El Paso, TX that is missing the magnetic stripe. Another find from the current box of cards I'm going through where all these cards have been discovered without magnetic stripes. Getting down to the last 100-200 cards so probably not much else to be discovered.
