Just discovered two manufacturing errors on the two 8th issue cards from Avi Casino Resort in Laughlin, NV. Both cards are missing the magnetic stripe while the back still has the shiny clear laminate surface. These are not damaged cards like where the rear surface peels off and takes the magnetic stripe with it. These cards still have the shiny surface.
