I finally found some info on the higher level cards - they're a grey Platinum Rewards, gold Gold Rewards and black Black Rewards. All same design as the red card. Only thing is that the logo on the cards I found listed have an older Casino Morongo logo while the red card we have scans for have the newer Morongo Casino Hotel and Spa logo.
