Previously we only had the gold, silver, black and the blue Chairman cards listed under the 4th issue cards from the Maryland Live! casino in Hanover, MD. We did not know if the base red card existed in that issue when they switched from the oval logo to a 3 line text logo. I just discovered the red card for that level so it's been added to the guides.
