The original card from the Max Casino in Las Vegas had "Las Vegas" on the front. Then there was a card used at both Las Vegas and Carson City so they removed the Las Vegas from the front but didn't have any address on the back. We eventually had a Carson City card that had the Carson City address on the back but didn't have a corresponding Las Vegas card listed until now.
