Presque Isle Downs had switched to the Eldorado One Club cards when purchased by Eldorado Resorts and now has reverted back to their own cards after being purchased by Churchill Downs in 2019. Here's the latest cards recently reported. Note that the Tier 1 card has no manufacturer number while the Tier 2 does. At this point it is unclear if there were two different issues or just one. If anyone has any other cards we may be missing in the guides please submit them so we can get them added.
