This card from the Hotel San Remo Casino in Las Vegas, NV was just recently submitted and is reportedly the Charter Member Card although it is not mentioned on the card. Either way, we did not have this particular card listed in the guides, similar cards have "V.I.P. Card" under The Money Club.
