I had signed up for a card from the new Hard Rock Sacramento in California and wasn't sure what they would do but I did actually get a card in the mail! And the card is actually a 2019 Limited Edition Premier card that was mailed inside a borchure showing the 4 card levels - Premier, Platinum, Elite and X Card. Be forewarned that the glue they used to attach the card to the brochure is really strong and you're pretty much guaranteed to wreck the brochure when you remove the card.
