Just found another card from the Caesars Palace Casino in Las Vegas, NV that has punchboard reader holes besides the 3rd issue card already listed. This is a 6th issue gold Caesars Emperors Card with Faraday over the mag stripe BUT with punchboard reader holes that was not previously listed in the guides.
