Just discovered these previously unlisted cards from the San Manuel Casino in Highland, CA. They include a green Emerald level and a blue card with no level indicated, both 11th issue cards. Plus a black Diamond level from the latest 13th issue cards. I would assume we are still missing a few of the later issue cards in the higher levels.
