Several new M Life cards reported from MGM, these with 6 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse indented for the punch hole with the last line starting with "lose, you've got a problem.." and NO manufacturer number. Currently, just the Sapphire, Gold and Pearl Military cards reported with the new back. Here's scans with the common back:
