Mesquite Gaming is changing their slot cards used at CasaBlanca and Virgin River casinos, the new biege card has a tree logo with "Mesquite Gaming" underneath with no level indicated. Also, here's scans of their Diamond level card from the last issue that was not previously listed in the guides.
