Here's the latest base level card from the Hollywood Casino in Perryville, MD that now no longer mentions the need to show a valid ID on the last line of the reverse that was on the previous issue. I should note that the scans that were on the ChipGuide for the 2nd issue cards were actually a mix of 2nd and this new 3rd issue, with the previously listed Celebrity card actually being this newer 3rd issue. That's all been straightened out and scans of a true 2nd issue Celebrity card were added so everything should be updated on the ChipGuide shortly.
