Stopped at the small Lady Luck Casino in Nemacolin, PA and this is a private casino that has a $45 per year membership fee or you can buy a $10 gift card at the door to gain entrance for a day. The casino was using older Lady Luck slot cards and said they were running low while waiting for new cards. The current cards there this weekend were copyright 2016.
