Turns out there were two versions of the paper Ace's & Eight's Membership Card from Bill's Casino in Lake Tahoe, NV. The new found card has slot reels with bars over the "Ace's & Eight's" on the front while the originally listed card didn't. Reverse text is different too. Another case where both cards matched the guide description and you wouldn't know there were 2 versions unless you saw both. At least now both are cataloged with scans on the ChipGuide.
