Turns out there are two different variations of the first issue Advantage card from the Prairie Band Casino in Mayette, KS. This is the card that has the shadow along the bottom edge and right side of the Casino Resort box. The originally listed card had the web address on the back listed as www.pbpgaming.com but on this new found card it's www.pbgaming.com. Looks like this might have been a short lived misprint!
