There were two variations already listed in the guides of the 3rd issue Player Rewards Card from the Fort Sill Apache Casino in Lawton, OK -BUT- it turns out there is another variation that was never listed in the guides. The 2 card originally listed both have the word "CASINO" in red on the front, one has no mag stripe back and the other does. This newly added third variation has the word "CASINO" in black with a mag stripe on the back. The card issue dates on the cards I have place this new found card AFTER the two previously listed cards.
