The back in your scans has the same manufacturer number as on the black card we have on the ChipGuide so I'm assuming that's the card it's from since I believe each level would have a specific mfg#. Is the back of the blue card different with a different manufacturer number in the bottom right corner? That's why we need scans of the front and back to get listings correctly added in the guides.
