We previously had the base green Pure Rewards card listed from the Odawa Casinos in Michigan and scans of the blue Preferred level were just submitted for the ChipGuide. I also found pictures of the purple Premier and red Elite levels as well but we still need scans of the 2 higher level cards if anyone can help.
