Just had someone point out there was actually a different version of the card from Hobey's Casino/Restaurant in Sun Valley, NV and no one had ever realized it before. The originally listed card has the large "Hobey's" at the top of the front of the card in dark with with pink edges. The new found card has red lettering with white edges.
