Looking for a scan of the back to see if we need to add this card to the guides (ChipGuide.com and the Slot Card Guide). It looks similar to the last card that was added back in November but I'd need to see the back of the card to know for sure.

I believe these later cards are actually more of a loyalty card as they're used for discounts and other things besides in the casino.
