Found there are two variations of the red Star Awards card copyright 2002 from Ameristar Casino in Vicksburg, MS. On all the earlier cards I've seen the insert arrows on the front were 46mm apart (tip to tip) while this new found variation has wider insert text and the insert arrow tips are 48mm apart.
