Not sure why no one caught this earlier but there are 2 different variations of the 1st issue card from the Mark Twain Casino in La Grange, MO. These are the orange Player's Club cards and there are differences in the Player's Club text on the front as well as the Welcome line under the signature strip on the back. On both cards the front Mark Twain Casino logo box is 38mm wide.

On one variation, Player's Club has a heavy black outline and the Welcome line on the back is 45mm wide.

On the second variation, Player's Club has a very thin black outline and the Welcome line on the back is 52mm wide.

And while we're at it, there's an easy way to distinguish the 2nd issue lighter orange card from the 1st issue cards since the front Mark Twain Casino logo box on that card is 34mm wide.
