Bob, I am taking a wild guess on this. I am not sure of timing from riverboat to the land based casino.If this was still on the riverboat before Hollywood opened as land based then these could have been used on Friday and Saturday nights to let higher level players enter the boat at peak times in front of others. I remember some sort of Star system to do that.
