Rates are generally up but there is one big gotcha.... if you're mailing any cards (slot cards, room keys, etc.) internationally you can no longer mail them as a letter with a non-machinable surcharge. Anything other than actual correspondence now must go as FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL with customs forms when mailing to anywhere outside of the USA, including Canada. Minimum rate is now $14 for most countries, $10 to Canada !!! Plus Registered Mail is now $15.50 extra. USPS online postage calculator has been updated with the new rates.
