The Four Winds South Bend casino owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians will be Indiana's first tribel casino in northern Indiana and is opening today - January 16th - with 1,800 electronic gambling machines, four restaurants and 3 bars. It's on South Bend's southwest side, near the US 31/20 bypass.
