There's a whole series of black MVP slot cards from the Bally's Casino in Atlantic City with the MVP in gold and various manufacturer marks on the back over the mag stripe. They've been listed for years and now I just found another card that was never listed. It has the same S5163 manufacturer mark as the 11th issue card but with "SC" printed over top.
