Found another variation of the latest blue Grand Rewards Players Club Sapphire card from the Leelanau Sands and Turtle Creek Casinos in Michigan. The 7th issue card had the word "cash" near the end of the first line of text under the casino name. In the 8th issue they removed "cash" BUT there are two variations of this newer card.... the text font is slightly smaller on the later cards so on the first variation with the larger font the reverse text under the casino name is 23mm top to bottom. On the newer cards with the smaller font the reverse text is 22mm top to bottom.

Here's the common front and the 23mm reverse followed by the 22mm reverse. If you look at where the last "S" in "CasinoS" winds up on both backs you'll see a slight difference (the 1st ends at the end of "earn" and the other almost ends at the start of "points") otherwise it's tough to see the height difference in the scans.
