Finally have scans of one of the cards from Elite Casino Resorts used at Riverside Casino in Riverside, IA plus the Grand Falls Casino in Larchwood, IA and the Rhythm City Casino in DAvenport, IA. There are three more higher levels that we don't yet have scans for: white and gold Elite cards plus a blue Elite Premium.
