Supposedly eBay has changed the processing for any Buy It Now purchases so that they now REQUIRE immediate payment when you buy any item. As a buyer this prohibits combining multiple items and saving on shipping if the items do now have free shipping. As a seller this adds an extra PayPal fee for each item after the first that could have been combined previously with one single payment.
