Just came across a previously unlisted Winners Circle Silver level slot card from Vernon Downs in Vernon, NY where the last line of text on the left reverse is the phone number and there's a 12/31/06 expiration date printed on the bottom right of the front. The already listed Silver level has the address as the last line on the left reverse and there is no expiration date.
