The original slot cards from the Lucky Dragon Casino in Las Vegas had a small punch hole along the side of the card. When you view the card from the back the punch hole is just below the mag stripe and the reverse text is spread out from the mag stripe to almost the bottom of the card. This design was used on all of the three levels.

The latest red Dragon Club card just found now has a larger punch hole that has been moved down to the corner of the card and the reverse text was moved up to make room for the punch hole. So far only the base level red card had been found with this new layout.
