Pioneer Crossing Casinos includes Dayton, Fernley and Yerlington with the same Pioneer Rewards Player Club cards used at all three locations. The cards do not list the specific locations anywhere on the card. On the previous known issue the last line of text on the back started with "at any time.." while the latest card reported starts with "the rules and terms..." with much smaller text moved up on the card. This last card was actually picked up at Yerlington, NV location that was previously the Casino West.
