We previously only had the base level and Diamond cards listed in the 9th issue from Cliff Castle Casino in Campe Verde, AZ but the Gold and Platinum levels were just reported. These cards have the "cliffcastlecasinohotel.com" web address and the address ends with "Campe Verde, AZ" (with the state included). The previous issue didn't have AZ in the address and the next issue (the 10th) has a different phone#.
