The 3 higher level cards from The Mill Casino in North Bend, Oregon have new manufacturer numbers on the back.

The base level preferred card is unchanged.

The silver Premier card now has 1604_AC-10M on the back

The brown Elite card now has 1604_AC_5M on the back

and the black Elite card now has 1604_AC_3M on the back
