they are used at Wendover Nugget and Red Garter (same card works at both) Called One Club

Levels are: Member, VIP, Celebrity, Famous, and Legend. Nearly impossible to get as blanks, and won't issue with name other than your level. I.E you are Member level, so can't get your name on a Legend card etc.
