Previous cards used at Casino Oklahoma and Gold River in Oklahoma had 2 lines of text in the first paragraph on the reverse. This newly reported card used at both locations (both casinos are listed on the front and back of the card) now has 5 lines of text in the first paragraph on the back. Front card design is still the same.
