Horseshoe Casino Cleveland is closing just after mignight on May 9th and is expected to reopen mid-afternoon on May 11th. The casino will be transformed into Jack Cleveland Casino. Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati and Thistledown Racino near Cleveland will also be rebranding under Jack Entertainment.

Jack Entertainment will be introducing it's own four-level rewards program that will replace the original Caesars's Total Rewards . The levels, each with rewards slightly higher than the previous grade, have their names based on the company name:

J - Just getting warmed up
A - All in and then some
C - Center of attention
K - Kings live like this

The rewards program will replace Caesars' Total Rewards Program
