CONVENTION EXHIBITS ARE NEEDED FOR THE "PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS".
With the Convention just around the corner, we need more Exhibits. If
you are planning on going to the Convention please think about doing
an Exhibit.
Basically, to participate, just sign-up (send me an email), bring the stuff and the Club
will provide display cases and table space.
Exhibit set-up is Wednesday only, 9 – 1, if we follow last year’s schedule.

The Club provided display cases are about 22" x 32" and are
about 1" inch high. A slightly deeper case (3") is available for display of
items with a little bit more height.
I will need this information:
1. Exhibit content or theme,
2. Number of cases needed,
3. Your name,
4. Your member number, and
5. Title of the Exhibit.
Exhibits must be casino related in some way, in keeping with the
nature of our Club. If any of the Exhibit will include slabbed chips,
special permission must be received from President, Doug Smith. You
need to ask, not me.
The deadline for submissions will be May 15th, however, I can accept
late submissions but they will not meet the deadline for inclusion in
the Convention Program, but will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award!.
