New casino expected to open in December 2015 is already issuing slot cards to patrons prior to the grand opening. So far only the base White level Pearl Rewards card has been found/reported although the website shows 3 more higher levels but no details. If anyone gets one of the higher level cards please send scans (front and back) so we can get them correctly listed in the guides with the correct manufacturer numbers from the back.
