There's a news article on Cleveland.com that indicates that Rock Gaming LLC will take over management of the Horseshoe Cleveland and Cincinnati casinos plus the Thistle Down Racino and the 3 venues will no longer be affiliated with Caesars Entertainment Corp. By June 2016 the properties will have new names and new reward programs!
