Multiple variations of Mohegan Sun Momentum Cards

Originally we had two variations or issues listed for the latest Momentum slot cards from the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, CT -- one set of cards with no manufacturer's mark and another set with the PG mark.

Well, it turns out there are no less than 6 different variations of those cards, 4 different variations with no manufacturer's mark and 2 with the PG mark. Not all levels have been found in each variation so it's unclear what else we might be missing right now in the guides.

Basically the differences are in the phone numbers listed on the backs of the cards: the phone number above the mag stripe and the one under the QR code in the bottom left corner.

Here's the assumed order of the variations based on the expiration dates found on the higher level cards. Other expiration dates may be possible since those were printed by the casino and it just depends on whatever cards they may have had on hand at the time..

17th issue has 1.800.346.6238 above the mag stripe and 1.888.777.2464 under the QR code, no mfg mark
Known levels in this issue are Core (1), Leap (2) and Core with Chinese Characters
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 3/31/14 expiration date

18th issue has 1.800.346.6238 above the mag stripe and 1.888.572.2436 under the QR code, no mfg mark
Known levels in this issue are Ascend (3) and Soar (4)
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 9/30/14 expiration date

19th issue has 1.888.789.7777 above the mag stripe and 1.888.777.2464 under the QR code, no mfg mark
Known levels in this issue are Leap (2)
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 3/31/15 expiration date

20th issue has 1.888.789.7777 above the mag stripe and 1.888.572.2436 under the QR code, no mfg mark
Known levels in this issue are Ascend (3) and Soar (4)
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 3/31/15 expiration date

21st issue has 1.888.789.7777 above the mag stripe and 1.888.572.2436 under the QR code, with PG mark
Known levels in this issue are Leap (3), Ascend (4), Soar (5) and Core with Chinese Characters
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 9/30/15 expiration date

22nd issue has 1.888.789.7777 above the mag stripe and 1.888.777.2464 under the QR code, with PG mark
Known levels in this issue are Core (1), Ignite (2), Leap (3) and Ignite with Chinese Characters
The higher level cards in this issue typically have a 9/30/15 expiration date
