Diamond Jacks in Bossier, LA has new 2015 dated slot cards and scans of all four levels in the new cards are now on the ChipGuide.

All the cards have PLI on the upper right with a 2015 copyright date and P711436 in the upper left of the reverse with various dash numbers for the different levels.
