I'm getting some feedback and as expected there are some minor things being reported that I'll fix for the next release as I find out about them.

Someone pointed out I had Arkansas and Arizona out of order alphabetically in the states, not sure how that crept in but way too much cut and pasting this time around with all the changes

There's also a few casinos in Oklahoma that have the state listed as "OH" instead of "OK" so that will be fixed too.

Plus a few links to the ChipGuide that were wrong or missing. These were all added manually so odds are you might run into a few here and there that are wrong or don't work.
