It will be the same files that were on the CDs in the past - Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). The Word file is about 14MB in size while the Acrobat file should be around half of that but I haven't built an Acrobat file yet with all the new links added to confirm the Acrobat file size yet.
